🎧 In this episode, Isabelle talks about her biggest passion - her family, keeping it together and making sure everybody feels loved. Isabelle’s husband, her three daughters, and four grandchildren are what really matters most to her.
Also, Isabelle says that the hardest four-letter word in the English language is H-E-L-P. There's almost a fear installed, where you think that you will be considered weak. So you don't ask because you're supposed to be strong. Ask for help, - says Isabelle - Always.

🎧 In this episode, Tanya talks about her greatest accomplishment - building up her own business servicing the dental equipment to the dental industry in all of the New South Wales area. Tanya says that her amazing team of 12 people help dentists become more profitable and more efficient by training them and making sure that they have the most up-to-date equipment.
As a mother of two beautiful boys, Tanya is very passionate about their careers and their happiness. She tries to encourage her boys to do what makes their hearts sing in the morning, and just encourages them to do whatever makes them happy in life.
She is also passionate about women in business. Tanya is Chair of the dental industry association, which encourages all women regardless of where they are in their careers, to lift them up, motivate them, train them, mentor them so that they can further their careers, and become leaders of the dental industry.
Tanya also says that she has realised as she has gotten older that it's fantastic to be different from everybody else, and for everyone else to be different from you.
She believes that every human body is unique, and every human body is different. That's why we're all put on this earth just to be different.
Tanya thinks that most women are very hard on themselves, so we should probably be a little bit more lenient with ourselves.
Tanya’s mantra to get yourself going is - Be proud, be strong, love yourself, look in the mirror and tell yourself how amazing you are every day.

🎧 In this episode, Kelly talks about her passion for writing and poetry, which helps her to make a difference in the world around social issues. She has six published books, three of them have been number one bestsellers, and two of them got gifted in the swag box to the Oscars winners in Hollywood.
Pretty gritty and raw in style, Kelly writes about social issues and urban, contemporary topics. She is also an activist for social change in antibullying, domestic violence prevention and coaches youths and women in leadership on the power of resilience.
Kelly says that she really wants to help youth that are not necessarily from privileged backgrounds to know that they can achieve amazing things, whether it's being through their career, or their education or their passion, that there are different ways they can overcome obstacles and find resilience.
Kelly also talks about how she grew up in a working class, single parent house and on a council estate in the UK, travelled the world, lived in 3 continents and now is based in Sydney Australia, combining her passion for writing, working as Managing Director of a Fortune 500, and being a wife and a mum of two teenagers.
She talks about how COVID gave her a pause to reflect and to focus more on body and wellness and outdoors and nature, as well as allowing her to explore different creative things to do with writing.

🎧 In this episode, Nathalie talks about a very important body image issue – anorexia, caused by insecurity and hating the way she looked. She talks about how she had struggled for 15 years, until she met that special person in her life who helped her to change this negative image of herself.
Insecurity, depression, desperation, self-hate, feeling unloved, being told she would never have kids, all that is in the past.
Happily married with 2 beautiful kids, finally happy with herself and above all alive, Nathalie wants to reach out to people who struggle with the same challenges. She hopes that they will see her as an example and that there’s hope.

🎧 In this episode, Lisa tells her story about being born and raised in the US by immigrant parents from Chile and starting her early years career in repairing busses. Only after her body could not cooperate with this hard work, she moved to the office to make a great career in technology.
She immigrated to Australia in 2013 under a working visa, lived first in Adelaide then moved to Sydney.
Lisa says that she feels like she was born with an old body, so her perfect body would be something that doesn’t make her joints hurt.
She wishes she knew how to manage stress in her 30s. Her advice to younger women is - Enjoy the ride and don’t take life so seriously!
Lisa’s favourite quote is “Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think and loved more than you know.”

In this episode, Manjoo tells her story of going through the loss of her husband of 24 years, and transforming her grief into her passion of empowering women, especially women who are immigrants or have lost their husbands (or separated/divorced) by inspiring them with her own story.
She talks about how she dealt with the grief and how being financially independent is very important, not only for having your own identity but for being able to support yourself during hard times like the loss of your loved ones.
Manjoo also says that only recently she has become more resilient and has learned to put herself first by setting boundaries. Nowadays she tries not to compare herself with others but rather be a better version of HERSELF.
Right now Manjoo is so busy loving herself and being in charge of her life, and that’s what makes her feel the most beautiful.

In this episode, Lilly talks about the prominent issue of loneliness in today’s young generation which leads to depression, drug use, and other mental health issues. She also thinks that social media plays a big role in creating an unrealistic picture that is hard to keep up with, leading to dissatisfaction with what the young generation has.
Lilly also says that at her 45, she is young enough and old enough. She achieved a lot in her life - Mother of 4 adult kids, she traveled the world and had successful businesses, and now is looking for her new directions to do something she would really enjoy.
